An investigation into the epidemiology of Histomoniasis in the UK commercial poultry population.
Supervisors: Joy Archer & Dan Tucker.
I attended Cambridge University from 2007, where I studied veterinary medicine and graduated in 2013. I have since spent two years working as a commercial poultry vet for Slate Hall Veterinary Practice, first as an intern and then as junior associate. I have recently taken on the post of technical & marketing manager for poultry with Hipra UK; a pharmaceutical company focused on vaccine development and production.
Subject groups/Research projects
My main interests are in developing non-invasive diagnostic techniques in poultry but I have a keen interest in avian pathology and histopathology too.
