Biography:

I did an MSci in Chemistry at Imperial College for my first undergraduate degree, and then graduated as a vet from Cambridge in 2016. I am doing a PhD in large animal MRSA and antibiotic resistance.  My research involves genomic analysis of unique LA-MRSA strains found on pig farms throughout the UK.

Research Interests

My research involves genomic analysis of unique LA-MRSA strains and other bacteria found on pig farms throughout the UK.  Data will be used to determine prevalence of infection, create epidemiological maps and determine factors involved in the development of antibiotic resistance on pig farms.
