Recipients of chromosome specific DNA
agree to acknowledge the assistance of the Resource Centre
for Comparative Genomics in their publications.

Recipients agree that the material supplied
is experimental in nature and is provided without warranty of fitness for
any particular purpose.

Recipients agree to hold harmless and indemnify
the University of Cambridge and the Wellcome Trust, and persons acting
on their behalf, for any claim asserted by a third party related to the
recipients possession, use, storage or disposal of the material provided
by the Resource Centre.
