Small Animal Hospital
For enquiries and referring small animal cases please contact our reception team on any the following numbers:

Alternatively to make an appointment you can fax us on 01223 330848 using the Referral form (pdf file, also available from Reception).
We will then make the appointment with the client and send them all relevant information direct. However if it is more convenient, we can fax their appointment information to you for collection.
Should you have an enquiry regarding one of your cases and wish to speak to one of our clinicians, please phone or fax the Hospital. Reception staff will try to contact the clinician immediately for you. In the case of an emergency we will do our utmost to get a response at the time and in all cases within the day.
We ask that you fax us a referral letter before the case arrives and also send any relevant radiographs and laboratory results in advance if possible.
There is a line to the Small Animal Ward so that clients with hospitalised animals can speak directly to the nurse caring for their pet.
Equine and farm animal referrals
Vets wishing to contact a clinician about equine or farm animal cases or who want to arrange a referral should telephone:

Alternatively you can fax us on: 01223 337672 using the Large Animal Referral Form (pdf file, also available by phoning the number above).

Alternatively this information can be sent with the client.
