Connecting to the Personal and Shared Network Folders

The Vet School are in the process of upgrading the school’s on-line file storage.

  • All staff have been given a personal network storage folder ( V Drive).
  • There is also a Shared network folder which will soon replace the existing CUVS\groups network folder ( S Drive)

Staff using the managed departmental machines (identified by the white label with a name of the format VETPCxx) are automatically connected to both Personal and Shared folders.

You will need your Active Directory account details to connect to these folders. Please contact the IT office -

N.B. These network folders can only be accessed from outside the university via the UIS VPN Service
