Service Statistics

All emails sent to generate a support ticket with a tracking number. This enables us to monitor support requests and to help ensure that we are responding in a timely manner. These calls (tickets) are logged in a database which we use to produce monthly statistics for support requests, telephone requests are (mostly) recorded as part of these call ticket statistics.   

Since November 2014 we have also recorded tickets for people who go directly to the office, the "Walk-In" figures at the end of the page.
