Extremely informative, great discussion, lots of guidance and encouragement provided. Really helped shape my goals for the future.

Thanks so much for this wonderful opportunity to work in a lab, write a report and meet vet students from all around the world.

I was looking for an insight into research - achieved; I wanted to know more about veterinary careers - achieved; I wanted to practice writing and producing a paper - achieved!

Fantastic to hear first hand from vets who have gone into non-traditional roles. Valuable opportunity to make contacts.

Cemented my desire to work in research.

An eye opening experience, I wish I could attend again next year!

…..it is a great way to make veterinary students aware of the possibility of a career in science, as well as an excellent social and learning experience in beautiful Cambridge!

I hope that the Summer School will be funded for many many years as it is a great opportunity to “touch” science and shape careers.

I am enjoying life as a PhD-student ……

I just wanted to say thank you again, so much, for the experience of the summer school -- I really wouldn’t have been brave enough to make the career change (let alone move to the UK!) without the experience.

The Summer School is only (one) year ago and I still enjoy the memory of those fantastic months!
