Each year, we host VetCam, our residential taster experience designed for Year 11 and 12 students who are thinking about studying Veterinary Medicine at Cambridge. It’s an opportunity to go beyond prospectuses and really experience what the course – and student life – is like.
From exploring the science behind veterinary medicine in the early years, to seeing how it’s applied in clinical training, VetCam gives a complete picture of the Cambridge course. The attendees meet current students, learn from expert staff, and get honest advice about the admissions process.
Earlier this week, we were delighted to welcome future vets to Cambridge for our latest VetCam residential. Over a packed few days, attendees got a real flavour of life as a Cambridge vet student – from hands-on demos and museum visits to meeting our amazing students and touring the colleges.
