Reception staff will try to contact the clinician immediately for you. In the case of an emergency we will do our utmost to get a response at the time and in all cases within the day.

If you request an appointment, we are happy to send all relevant information direct to the client. However if it is more convenient, we can fax their appointment information to you for collection.
We ask that you fax us a referral letter before the case arrives and also send any relevant radiographs and laboratory results in advance if possible. Thank you.
