Originally from the United States, I completed my undergraduate studies in applied mathematics at the University of Notre Dame. There, I was advised by Dr. Alex Perkins and studied the inference of malaria transmission networks using a combination of individual-level data. At Cambridge, I will focus on developing mathematical models to capture within-host dynamics of bacterial infections.
